Today we delve into the complicated subject of health and weight within the UK - the UK government have long debated the introduction of a 'sugar tax' to combat the obesity epidemic. We disagree with such measures and think the issue is far more complex and nuanced and require much more to be done. For example giving better emotional support and advice to children and young adults.

In the news: Lizzo has decided to lose some weight... and now is getting fit-shamed. We give our honest, raw perspective on fit shaming, fat shaming, and healthy at any size...

There may be one or two disclaimers in the video (that's an understatement there may be 5 to 6 in one sentence), but to be clear here, we have never, and will never condone shaming anyone, whatever the circumstances - at the same time, we're not going to shy away from the facts of medical science when it comes to obesity and those health implications.
